Affected systems: Client portal disabled / Billing system disabled
Status: Resolution in progress
Schedule: Expected to be resolved within 72 hours.
Dear Ozmotion clients,
Throughout the past 48 hours we have been experiencing minor problems
with several PHP applications associated with our client area and billing system
which has gradually escalated and essentially disabled many features of
these areas and systems. Our client websites (your website/s) have not been
affected and will continue to function as normal.
We have determined the issue stems from one of our system service providers
and we are now in discussion with a potential replacement service provider to
resolve these issues as quickly as possible and to avoid any further
inconvenience to our clients.
Despite these issues we assure you all services related to your domain,
website and email accounts are functioning correctly without any
interruption or downtime. If you do experience any problems at all please
do not hesitate to contact support immediately. support@ozmotion.com
If you have made a payment via PayPal or Credit Card within the past 24 hours
you should have received an invoice as normal to the email account associated
with your hosting account. If you have made a payment within the past 24 hours
and did NOT receive an invoice for payment please contact billing@ozmotion.com
so that we can confirm payment and re-issue the invoice.
What does all this mean to me? You ask!
The only immediate impact this will have on our clients is:
- Late invoicing i.e. if your account is due you will be invoiced upon resolution.
- Inability to submit support tickets via the client area.
- Inability to access and view past invoices.
- Inability to order new services or change existing services.

client of Ozmotion, please do not hesitate to contact us immediately. support@ozmotion.com
We expect to resolve these issues within the next 72 hours. You will receive an update post resolution.
